• Digital content or recordings

It is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Webinars and Live Sessions

If you are unable to attend a webinar or live session after registration, no refunds will be provided. However, you may request access to a recording of the session, if available. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.

3. Digital Content and Recordings

All purchases of digital content, such as webinar recordings or other downloadable resources, are non-refundable. Once you have accessed or downloaded the content, the sale is final.

4. Consultations and Personalized Services

Due to the nature of personalized consultations and services, no refunds will be provided once the service has been delivered or scheduled. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
